This place is great! Food is delicious, the coffee is actually good. This IHOP is MUCH better than the one on US1. The atmosphere is more lively too, but not overdone. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Back to have breakfast with wife and this time the grill cook step up in the omelet that I order, (spinach, mushroom with hash browns and three Harvest Ground pancakes) By the way was not in the Senior Menu. With Black coffee and Cream. As I mention This Omelet was made to perfection on MY OPINION. Wife when lite with the Tuscan Scramble egg with hash browns and Pita wrap. Fallow by Black coffee and cream. The server was OK just a little distracted, the place is clean and pleasant. When we left I approach the Grill area and ask for the Cook that made a Spinach/Mushroom omelet. One of them answer me and I mention to him that he made to my taste THE PERFECT OMELET. He was impress cause not one customer have made that remark. I'm glad that I have MADE IS DAY.

I wish I could say 0 fucking stars!! Absolutely disgusting place! I was handed a coffee mug with lipstick on it and to no surprise was also given dirty silverware. A gentleman in the table next to me experienced THE SAME THING!! Terrible service, cold food, rude trashy waitresses, rock hard pancakes, I could go on and on about how terrible this place is! Do not waste your money or time coming here! I'm sorry I had to sped hard earned money in this shit hole!!

I've been eating here since I was 13. (I'm 51) The manager is the same, Tate Young. The staff is friendly and knows me and my family well. We're treated like royalty. But so is anyone else who walks through the door. Tate is almost always there with his wife Melba. The restaurant has a nice, warm homey feel to it. The food is almost always perfectly cooked. If not, the wait staff cheerfully exchanges it. Sometimes even if it doesn't look right to them they'll offer a new plate. It is quick, even on a busy Sunday morning. It's traditional eggs & pancakes & bacon. There are some "lighter" menu items, but this is not the place to go if you want lo-cal entrees. Bottom line: quick, good food, and Friendly servers.

I ordered a Belgium waffle combo and it arrived rather quickly. It came with more than what was described on the menu.. and by more, I mean hair. I sent it back; I do not like hair on my food, especially when it is someone else's.

An IHOP is an IHOP is an IHOP...I notice that I have been frequenting these late night greasy spoons in chain restaurant and suburbia land and they have the common thread of tres sappy music which can become depressing as you're unwinding from a party. Again, it doesn't have to be Kaskade, Van Dyk, or Guetta but come on..heck I'd be happy listening to a cleaned up version of LMFAO :) Other than the music, it was a standard and pleasant experience. I'm digging the bottomless coffee pot - nothing fancy, just Americano - brought to my table as it works wonders against for example Brugal and cokes at a party earlier in the evening :) My waffles with strawberry topping were adequately tasty, though the strawberries seemed the frozen kind. Still, I dig the 4 different syrups (I mixed in strawberry and blueberry.) The sausages were a little on the scrawny side, and the eggs weren't Benedicted but tasted alright with enough yolk. Pleasant service from my waitress Denise, and great people watching from the other Halloweened folks,!

I wish I remembered the name of the waitress I had --- she had short, sorta spiky hair and was absolutely PHENOMENAL! You won't be disappointed if you get her, and she definitely made my visit wonderful. My food came out quickly and my waitress made sure I was happy with it before she walked away, as my eggs were a little more well-cooked than some might like. I thought it was perfect! Will definitely be back.

Husband loves the harvest grain and nut pancakes, and I like how they've lightened their menu and added more choices. This IHOP is always busy though, must be bc it's right next to the hospital.

I been to this IHOP many many times. So much that the waitress's knew what we wanted depending on the time of day, what we were wearing, or if we were wearing a certain earthy cologne. My favorite waitress ever use to work here a few years back. The food is 9/10 very good from the pancakes to the steaks, from breakfast sides to dinner sides, appetizers to desserts. So stop on in and enjoy a great breakfast any time of day.

WARNING: AS OF 6/1/13 DO NOT EAT HERE UNTIL THIS PLACE HAS BEEN FUMIGATED OR TENTED FOR BUGS AND TERMITES! IT HAS A SERIOUS BUG INFESTATION!!! I came in with two of my buddies to grab a bite to eat at about 2:30am; it started pretty normally. We were sat and greeted immediately. Service was prompt to begin. Once the food arrived and I opened the silver "roll-up" THERE WERE TERMITES AND BUGS LIVING INSIDE OF THE SILVERWARE CREASES AND THE NAPKIN! There were multiple bugs in each. Some had wings that fell off easily, so, as soon as the napkin was opened, they all flew into the air and started floating above our table and food. Once we told the waitress, she told us she had seen bugs and termites flying around the restaurant throughout the day. WHAT? And this place is still open?!!?! Anyway, once we were sitting in another section, I proceeded to open a secondary silverware "roll-up" and THERE WERE MORE BUGS LIVING IN IT. I was so disgusted that I couldn't even eat my food. When I looked closely at the silverware inside the napkin there were old food particle smeared on them as if they had not been properly cleaned. When I looked at my food, it had a bug wing in it. The butter-pecan syrup container? Wing on it. This place has a serious bug infestation. It goes down to their infrastructure. They are in the ceiling, walls, dining area... who knows where else. Kitchen? There was no manager-on-duty so of course the servers did not know any type of protocol to follow. They allowed other customers to use the same silverware "roll-ups" as they walked in. I wouldn't be surprised if I was not the only one to encounter such a problem this night. I know I had two people with me that felt exactly as I did. I highly recommend staying away from this IHOP until they clean their act up. It is undoubtedly operating a serious health code violation. This place clearly needs to be tented for bugs. Until then, there is a sanitary Denny's you can eat at across the street. I will never step foot in this place ever again. Good luck to you all if you do. This is by far the most disgusting experience I have ever had.

Ok it is an IHOP so rating is based on type of establishment. They've upgraded the food. Pancakes taste like they used to. Ordered a new menu item. Was a grilled cheese with a spinach omelet. Very greasy. Fattening. And DELICIOUS. If you don't mind it. Fit my mood to a "t". And with one kid eating free it was a bargain. My little one LOVED the pancakes. Better than DAddys :(
